Short, because we collect very little. Everything below describes what this site actually does.
When you complete the consultation questions we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your answers about the project: type of build, distance from salt water, the current state of the space, your timeline and your budget range. Nothing else is required to use this site.
To answer you. Your answers determine the material specification we recommend and the layout we draw, and they tell us how quickly you need a reply. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
In a private database that only our team can read. Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Public access to the stored records is disabled at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface.
If you give us a phone number, we may text you about your own project — a reply to your question, a time for a call, a note that a drawing is ready. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and consent to be texted are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. If someone refers you to us, we call or email you — we do not send an automated text to a number we were given by someone else.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are read and how quickly they load. These collect aggregate usage data and do not build advertising profiles of you.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it. If you asked us for a quote and then change your mind, tell us and the record goes.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
